To install, download the file, extract it, copy the "Data" folder to your Fallout: New Vegas directory, open FalloutNVLauncher, then click on "Data Files" and enable the mod. There are also two new buildings which have fully navmeshed interiors. All the NPC's have working dialogue and some are vendors.
